Our Live online group fitness classes offer real-time interaction between participants and the trainer, Amintha. It’s a fantastic way to train as you can receive feedback, and even engage in friendly competition, simulating the atmosphere of an in-person class from the comfort of your home
At any point, there will be a maximum of 10 participants per class, ensuring that you feel connected to the trainer and fellow classmates.
