A one hour workout that is customized according to your needs.You can choose 2 or 3 sessions per week according to your convenience (either online or in person sessions). The training covers strength, mobility and cardiovascular activity to provide a complete workout which will leave you feeling energized and enthusiastic for more.

This online program is best suited for those who have the motivation to follow a fitness program on their own. The clients will receive feedback through sharing workout videos, and track their progress accordingly. Nutrition advice will also be provided during this 6 week program.
