Developing proper foot and ankle mobility is essential for smooth and efficient movement. Strong feet & ankles are crucial in maintaining a stable foundation.

This 12 week program is focused on building a strong and solid base so that you become strong from the ground up.

The program is divided into 3 Levels with 2 Workout Phases in each level. Each phase must be done for at least 2 weeks (3-4 times per week) before moving to the next phase to get the full benefit of the program. Once you perform the exercises in each phase with ease, move on to the next level.
