Tight & weak hips have negative effects on the body- it can lead to pain in other areas and even result in injuries. This 12 week program is focused on strengthening the hips, and making them mobile so you can move better and feel free from nagging pain & tightness.

The program is divided into 3 Levels with 2 Workout Phases in each level. Perform each phase on alternate days for at least 2 weeks (3-4 times per week) before moving to the next level. Make sure you master the exercises pain free in each level before moving on to the next one.
